The present terms & conditions of use provide a legal framework for the use of the services of the HapiRH website (hereinafter referred to as "the site").

Access to the site must be preceded by acceptance of the present terms and conditions, considered the contract between Logigroup and the user. Access to this platform signifies acceptance of these T&Cs.

The host of the HapiRH website is OVH SASU, a simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder, whose head office is located at 2 rue Kellermann - 59100 Roubaix – France

Article 3: Access to the site

The HapiRH website provides free access to one-month free trial (silver plan) and support for any user.

The site can be accessed for free from anywhere and by any user with internet access. The user shall bear all service access fees (computer equipment, Internet connection, etc.)

Access to the services dedicated to members is done with a username and password.

The publisher may interrupt or suspend access to the site for maintenance or any other reason without notice or justification.

This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution prior to taking it before the competent French jurisdiction.
